I utilized Navis to ship artwork from my mother’s estate in Ohio to Florida. I chose them based on their reviews for this type of service. Unfortunately, my experience was horrendous and should be a warning to anyone looking at them for art shipping. I was shipping original artwork and did purchase the insurance, they drew up the contract and the pick up went as planned but there was a piece (the most expensive) missing when they delivered to Florida. Beware of these people!! I paid $7,000 for a painting that they took custody of it to ship to me and they lost it! I’ve made demand to get the painting or be reimbursed for it and they have refused to respond to me. Total silence to an email I sent on February 15. Disgraceful. Do not trust them with anything irreplaceable or of any value. This ain’t the end of this! Recommended by: @jgarrettauctioneers
