Unprofessional, lying, misleading customers, customer service does not exist for this company, their product was faulty, told me to send it back and will process refund, once they received the product, they started saying wiring was damaged but product is working which it wasnt upon testing at workshop here and refused to give refund. I would not recommend them if you dont want to get scammed. Poor service, replies to complaint email with 1 line.
Amazing service by the team here. Swapped out my old VW head unit for an upgrade in my vehicle. Extremely fast support allowing me to complete the swap and install reversing camera myself. Quick response to emails with questions and clear instructions. Thanks Naviplus!

My experience with Naviplus was horrible. The fitter just twisted the cables to install a unit on my car ($1000 the unit) and they are bad faith with the customers. My unit stopped working after 2 weeks. I needed to find another fitter... And the CarPlay system could be found on another website far less expensive. I contacted by phone and mail... and they didn’t offer any suitable.
