I booked Naviplus to install a dash cam in my daughter’s car and paid for a professional install so everything would be neat and properly finished. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we picked the car up, the wiring had been run visibly across the dash instead of being concealed. It looks messy and completely defeats the purpose of paying for a professional installation. ☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I’ve held off writing this for years, but after my most recent experience I feel a responsibility to warn others. I have been a trade customer since mid-2018, purchasing well over 150 vehicle integration units from Naviplus, with total spend in excess of $100,000. I chose Naviplus deliberately because they charge a premium and promote “support” and “warranty” — something I value as a professional installer representing customers. Steven at Naviplus was an amazing help.with getting android auto into my 2010 370z. Answered all my questions via email before ordering. I was also having some trouble installing the reverse camera and he helped me through it over the phone and via email as well. Would be helpful for future customers if the install manual was updated with the reverse camera wiring. Overall happy with the product and service.

Made an enquiry via email & received the oddest reply. Not sure if the staff from this company knows what's going on. Recommend to spend your money elsewhere Poor service
