I ordered AA and Carplay system for my 2018 Nissan Qashqai and it's working perfectly. Love the product and how it integrates with the original headunit instead of having custom android tabs. Exceptional after sales service and quick response to emails with questions and clear instructions. Had a couple of issues with the setup and Steven really helped me even on a weekend to fix it.
I used to be big on supporting Naviplus and their android auto/car play integration units for JDM cars, having recommended and installed several of them for customers cars sold through my import dealership. Unfortunately, when you have an issue, fault or need to make a warranty claim on their products, you are met with nothing but frustration and treated like you are completely incompetent. Unprofessional, lying, misleading customers, customer service does not exist for this company, their product was faulty, told me to send it back and will process refund, once they received the product, they started saying wiring was damaged but product is working which it wasnt upon testing at workshop here and refused to give refund. I would not recommend them if you dont want to get scammed. Poor service, replies to complaint email with 1 line.
Amazing service by the team here. Swapped out my old VW head unit for an upgrade in my vehicle. Extremely fast support allowing me to complete the swap and install reversing camera myself. Quick response to emails with questions and clear instructions. Thanks Naviplus!
