This company stopped working with my kid's school this June. I still have $120 in my kid's lunch account. Melissa Morin, Marketing Coordinator of Navin Bros. Food Service emailed me they will refund me the balance, but after one month, I still didn't receive their refund check. I emailed again, they said A/P received the refund request and will mail out check soon. But I still didn't get the refund. They didn't respond to my email and nobody answered the call. THEY GET NO STARS!!! but you have to put one up inorder to post this. our school was using them fro the school lunch program and before the beginning of this year parted ways. now the way it works is they keep the monies you've deposited from year to year on account. now both the school and this PAYPAMS co say the money is transferred to Navin Bros. but they never answer the phone when you call and do not respond to their contact us email. so essentially they stole my sons lunch lunch money to over $100. and that just me wha... read more
