The staff at this location is so awesome. Especially Trina. She’s always been soo good to me and offers me any of the new promotions or services that Navigator offers. I love my Navigator Cottage Hill branch.
The best help I’ve gotten here , she is wonderful!! And her name is Shiela
The ladies at this location are always pleasant and helpful. They are usually overrun with members, they are always efficient and speedy not hurried or anxious so. The manager is always quick to jump in and help out when necessary!
This branch is absolutely amazing and the bank teller Sheila is very helpful and kind
