My banker was very polite and helpful, she deserves a big INCREASE in her pay. I can see her going up in the ladder for the company.
This bank is unethical and unapologetically kleptomaniacs! They are keeping us from using our money by using new cards as a sorry excuse. What sense did it make to cancel the old cards when no one ever receives mail at the same time????? How do they expect someone who works a 9-5 just to come in a branch and access their funds. This whole process was not thought out by them at all. I’m switching banks and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This is pathetic man
The tellers at Navigator are always professional and willing to assist customers with all of their banking needs
I am very unhappy with this bank. Right after I joined, they closed the Gulfport branch on Saturday. I went to use my debit card and they denied the purchased, with money in my account. There availability is 9 to 5, and 9 to 12 on Saturday for phones. I am going back to Wells Fargo. I would not recommend this credit union.
