Thank you all for all you do! I’m a very satisfied with my services, and everyone in the bank are good people, they smile, they greet me and make sure all my needs are met before I leave! I had a misunderstanding and it was taken care of!
My banker was very polite and helpful, she deserves a big INCREASE in her pay. I can see her going up in the ladder for the company.

This bank is unethical and unapologetically kleptomaniacs! They are keeping us from using our money by using new cards as a sorry excuse. What sense did it make to cancel the old cards when no one ever receives mail at the same time????? How do they expect someone who works a 9-5 just to come in a branch and access their funds. This whole process was not thought out by them at all. I’m switching banks and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This is pathetic man
