First, the doctor and staff are actually great overall. I had to come here recently for emergency appointments before my insurance ends and I leave the country. I normally go to Great Bridge but they’re booked. This office refuses to print out or email your eye prescriptions bc they require you to create a patient portal account so they can have your information on file. You literally have no choice or they just won’t give them to you. Also, even with insurance their prices are way more than everywhere else. $300 for 3 month... read more
I brought my two children here for the first time two weeks ago. Even before their appointment, the people I spoke to on the phone were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Being in the phone service field myself, that is something I've come to appreciate, that you unfortunately don't find everywhere. The office itself is gorgeous, and well catered to adults and children alike, including toys, books, and a free drink station with many options. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Teten was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but also showed genuine care and concern for her patient. Her warm and compassionate approach truly stood out. I absolutely love her and highly recommend her!
