I must say, I really enjoyed my experience with Navigation Eye Care, walking in right out of the gate, the 3 ladys behind the counter were very very helpful, one of them was in training, and even she was helpful. I was even her Guenie Pig, I didn't mind at all!! The Optomatris Dr. Amber Teten was even more awesome. She made sure I understood every detail of my exam. Took my 5yr old for his first eye exam. The doctor and staff were all amazing. They made my son feel comfortable and at ease. They worked really well with him to determine what they could do to help.him through the process. Highly recommended.
The doctor took her time to go over conditions with screen view of my eyes! That’s what I always wanted from my previous doctors. Also I was excited with new and advanced technologies they used to investigate my eyes in details! Thank you!
Great experience overall. Patient and kind staff, Dr was great with explaining things to me. They offer drinks like water and coffee while you wait. And it's not a long wait. I'm glad I decided to try them out. Update on my visit.....I got my glasses and I love them. I pulled up 5 mins before they closed and they didn't hesitate to assist me. I love my glasses we selected. I recommend 10 out 10.
My 3 year old kiddo had his first visit and it couldn’t have been any better. These girls were so accommodating and made him feel comfortable and helped him see the fun side of saying letters, shapes and colors…they even played blocks with him in the waiting room so I could develop a unique plan of care for him with Dr. T, who spent extra time discussing my concerns and developing a game plan. Great selection of glasses - and they don’t rush you to pick. Highly recommend this office and staff!
