We’ve had a very positive experience with Navigate. We bought a new house already built and from move in until now (1.5 years later), we have nothing but good things to say. There have been some cosmetic issues and things that we needed fixed within our one year warranty, and Navigate has been extremely responsive and offered reasonable remedies for everything. am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up from the team. I submitted a detailed list of issues that need to be addressed in my brand-new home three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any response or update. This level of communication is unacceptable, and I expected much better service. Very frustrating experience so far.
Navigate has been wonderful to work with through the process of buying my first home. Issues that I encountered during my initial walk-through's and provided to David were promptly resolved, and the whole Navigate team and their sub-contractors were always patient and professional.
Wonderful experience with Navigate Homes. The planning/prebuild phase with Joe and Nate was easy and efficient. Rachael, Karl and Kollin helped the building phase go very smoothly. Rachael is so patient, kind and helpful when making all the choices for a new home. Since moving in, we have had a few minor issues that have all been fixed within the first 6 weeks of living in our home. We feel very grateful to have worked with Navigate for our new home!
Excellent experience working with Navigate. Their team was extremely patient, prompt and knowledgeable when asked many many questions, starting with the first open house visit with David. This new home is well built and truly was move in ready at closing. Navigate has checked in frequently after the move to ensure new home issues were taken care of, which were very few - wall ding, missing light bulb, hole in a screen (curtesy of a wild turkey visit!). Highly recommend David Vahle and this team.
