We had wanted to build a house in the Iowa City area for the last several years and heard that Navigate Homes produces a good product. We are happy we chose to have Navigate build our new home. We just bought a new house from Navigate and Dave the realtor was very helpful. As a first time homebuyers, Dave helped us in every single step. He was present whenever we needed him. Even though he represented both parties at the same time, he advocated for us and we were so happy and satisfied with what we got. Dave is a very nice person and I would 100% recommend using him as your realtor if you are getting your house from Navigate.
We’ve had a very positive experience with Navigate. We bought a new house already built and from move in until now (1.5 years later), we have nothing but good things to say. There have been some cosmetic issues and things that we needed fixed within our one year warranty, and Navigate has been extremely responsive and offered reasonable remedies for everything. am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up from the team. I submitted a detailed list of issues that need to be addressed in my brand-new home three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any response or update. This level of communication is unacceptable, and I expected much better service. Very frustrating experience so far.
Navigate has been wonderful to work with through the process of buying my first home. Issues that I encountered during my initial walk-through's and provided to David were promptly resolved, and the whole Navigate team and their sub-contractors were always patient and professional.
