Michael was very informative and helpful with explaining the position and working with me to argue on my behalf for a fair compensation. He was very upfront with the job description, even the information that may have seemed contentious which I appreciate. A lot of recruiters seem to hide the aspects of a job that may seem unsavory until it is too late but Michael helped me understand the good and the bad and allowed me to make an educated decision based on that information and for that I am very grateful.
