A recruiter reached out to me about a position and scheduled an intro call to discuss the role and company. We confirmed a time and had a calendar invite, but the recruiter never showed up. After I followed up, he apologized and rescheduled for the next day—only to miss that call as well, without any explanation or follow-up. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
