We had a customized pendent made at Naveya & Sloane recently and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. We are not based in Auckland and Anna the senior sales consultant had made sure the whole process was painless and smooth for us. She made sure we get to stick to our budget without compromising the final product that we had envisaged. The communications through emails were clear and efficient with regular updates on product finishing timing. We highly recommend them.
N&S crafted a beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands for us. Great experience, great outcome. Would highly recommend! Our dedicated consultant, Anna Hellaby, took very good care of us from the first meeting to the final finish and aftercare. She knew exactly what we wanted (even when we didn't quite know ourselves).
