HORRIBLE…..customer service is terrible.I moved to the area a few months ago and was looking to find a good family doctor. Found Dr. Paddu online and he looked like he would be a great fit. One week after I had my first appointment, I get a letter in the mail stating he is no longer servicing the Winter Haven location. I wish they would have told me that from the beginning so I could find a different doctor, as I don’t want to drive 45 mins to an hour away to a different location. Had a great experience! The office is very clean. Dr. Paddu is very knowledgeable. Staff is amazing. Thank you very much for this experience.
