Do not use this lawyer he is a crook . He took 3,599 up front from me paid in full promised he would get an eviction quicker than any lawyer out there’s it’s been a year . . I have been back and forth to court 6 times he never shows up , He sends an assistant., nothing has been resolved. ,nothing has been done to proceed . He decided not to go foward the night before trial ,said he quit and he’s keeping all my money . Please do not trust him , he is a liar and a thief
I was very surprised by the contrast between Naveed’s initial friendly phone call and the challenges my husband and I had trying to work with him. We hired him as tenants in a landlord/tenant dispute. We initially paid him to review our lease, then for a letter to our former landlord. WARNING !!!! We paid Mr. Siddiqi for a retainer and have not heard from him or anyone else in his office since. I suspect them of being fraudulent. I went to the office and found it closed with no answer during business hours. No returned calls for 2 months. Has an answering service take messages and don't return. Mr. Siddiqi helped me through an eviction case with a very difficult tenant several months ago. Mr. Siddiqi was professional and knowledgeable, and he got me the first court date pretty quick, while the other attorney told me I need to just wait due to court’s load.
