Scheduled an appointment & gave all the information that was asked for with the associate on the phone . 2 weeks later , I get a call asking for my social security number (which I gave via the 1st call) . I asked why it was needed again , being that I just gave the prior person this info 2 weeks before and was asked “ so you don’t wanna give me your social ?” I made it clear that this did seem strange …but ok. I am sharing an honest review of my visit to this medical practice which will seem to contradict many of the previous reviews. I can only say this was my first visit and this was my experience. I walked in about 15 minutes before my appointment and was greeted warmly at the counter and asked to sign in. I'm a new patient so I had paperwork to fill out.
