Really good experience with Navcom. I bought an Allison transmission and everything was just like they said. Good service, honest people, and quick response. I would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!
Bought a 10 speed Eaton from them was told it was TESTED AND READY TO GO. Shop installed unit and wouldn’t shift into low side turns out the synchro gears were wore worse then one we replaced and also found other parts and debris in bottom of transmission. Called to try and get at least a partial refund and return the unit and they were slow to reply and gave me the run around telling me it was tested which apparently it was NOT. Would not suggest or trust this business.
Good people to deal with very helpful and honest will buy again.
