Right from the beginning, this was a very smooth and easy process. Rob M. came to my house in Latham, explained in detail the replacement windows that were offered by Navco, warranty, and costs. Within a week or 2, Sam came out to measure the 5 windows, and explained in detail how the work crew would install the replacement windows.
