I closed to deal with them on a fourplex a couple of years ago. I was the listing agent representing the seller, and they were far from excellent. Not only did they forget to deduct the deposits from the funds to the sellers are closing. When it was brought to their attention, they basically just said oh. They Never apologized or tried to remedy the situation in any way, that I can remember.
