I have never had a complication NAVAS couldn’t unravel. They are professional and competent. Generous with their time and fair in their rates. Great when you are paying tens of thousands but wait until something goes wrong. Naga's team destroyed my wooden floors while installing a tv (they left a chain saw running on a newly polished floor) and invoiced in full without deducting for damages. Naga claimed he 'fixed' the flooring. In fact, he called a floor guy to repair it without telling me and my children called me to say a floor guy was in the house. We have used Navas AV for many years, during a phase with cable service and boxes, and now wiring the house for fiber cable with signal extenders throughout the house. In addition he has helped with new TV setups and the installation of Apple TV, explaining patiently all of the ins and outs of operating various remote control devices.
