JUST RUN. Literally run far away from Navarro Custom Cabinet Shop. He does not care about your time, your needs, or keeping his promises. He comes and goes as he pleases, does half ass work, and leaves you hanging for months on end. Doesn’t answer his phone, doesn’t call you back, but sure as hell will take your money quickly! We ended up having to find someone else to finish the job that we already paid him for. Seriously, do not hire this company.
Gave my parents a bid on redoing their kitchen cabinets and started the project in April 2024. They paid half down to start and the remaining when finished. It’s now January 2025 and their kitchen cabinets are still not finished. He never returns calls, they have called probably 100 times with 0 response. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He will make up any excuse he can to make you feel sorry for him.
