I had a terrible experience at this body shop. My vehicle was there for a year and a half paid him $6,000 for the paint and for a repair that had to be done on top of the roof of the car which was not fixed water was getting inside the car. Took it 3 times for repair I struggled for Navarro Body Shop to work on the car on a timely matter. Every time I took the car back he would take 5 to to 6 months for repair. This is an honest and reasonable shop! As a woman, it’s always very intimidating to go to auto shops for worry of being overcharged. I got into a horrible wreck a few months ago, i was worried my car was totaled and afraid to go anywhere and be charged $1000’s. Anthony and his crew were transparent and honest through the whole process, and they charged me a very fair price for good work.
