CHARGED LIKE A PRO. DELIVERED LIKE AN AMATEUR. The 5-star hype? Don’t believe it. I went in for a compound polish and interior detail, and walked out feeling robbed. At first glance the exterior looked decent—until I actually looked closer. The scratches? Still there. Why? Because it was waxed, not polished. I went in for an interior detail based on the reviews, and walked out sick to my stomach at what I paid for amateur work. Armor All was smeared everywhere—including the floor mats. Who puts slippery armor all on floor mats? Seats looked untouched. Bottom of the doors- Still dirty. Weatherstripping under the doors- still full of dirt. Door jambs- completely ignored.
