Called in regarding a cybersecurity issue on their end. Was told they would have some higher up call me, fast forward a week later, I call in asking if there was any update, and supposedly the higher up said he did not care and would not be calling back according to the secretary. Quite concerning.
Very unhelpful and couldn't help me in any way, shape, or form. Highly recommend going somewhere else
