Was very pleased with the treatment I got while in the ER Thursday night. The only problem was the CT was backed up and that took some time but other than that I was well cared for!
Very good care. Tge hospital needs improvements. Out of dte equipment. Cleanliness,up dates would help. no complaints on the care. Dr. Hatch was through. Got me the care I needed.
They treated me like crap. They didn’t give me the knee that I needed. I was going through serious withdrawals from alcohol. The doctors in the nurses didn’t pay any attention to me and they sent me off my way. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to the hospital, I’ve been to multiple hospitals in the DFW area And I’ve never been treated this way ever. I was there for five hours two of those hours was in the waiting room! They need more staff and more doctors. We never found out what was wrong with me. I will say they did give me a lot of test, which I appreciate. I just think the weight was way too long.
