Had a day time window to do a reefer load pickup. Turn into the driveway with the shop sign. Not the second one. Driver check in next to the docks. I waited for one driver to be loaded and then I was next. Easy enough. No complaints. Only complaint is the store itself was closed. The place smells amazing and couldn't get a snack!
Drove 30 miles to go to store. Web site shows it open. We get there at 2:00p and it is closed. Bad deal. No one would help us. Terrible customer service. One of my clients is responsible for purchasing from Navarro. Probably $50k per year. They will find another vendor.
Didn't have a full trailer only one there so it was fast loading
