I had a wonderful experience with a roofer who came out to help me. A year after my new roof was installed, I noticed a leak that caused some interior issues. The roofer came out on a weekend to assess the situation and had a crew out that Monday. They replaced the shingles where I thought the leak was, at no cost, only to discover that the leak wasn't due to their work. I had Avery come out to provide an estimate for a new roof. It turned out we had some shingles missing from wind damage. Avery encouraged us to contact our insurance company to file a claim. Thankfully, the insurance company approved a full roof replacement due to our situation. The team completed the roof in just one day, and while it felt a bit quick, they did a solid job overall. Now, several months later, we are really pleased with the work they did. The roof looks fantastic!

I got a few estimates to upgrade our gutters from 5 inches to 6 inches to fix a bad overflow issue. They didn't push us to buy anything extra (only needed to replace the front, since the back was fine). The price seemed very reasonable. I visited their office, which is nearby, as I prefer to support local businesses, to pick a color that matches our newly painted exterior.
