The roofing team was excellent from start to finish. Austin was quick to reply to emails, texts, and calls, and the whole crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, finished the roof job in one day, and the workmanship looked great. The cleanup was thorough, with no nails or debris left behind. We were so happy with the roofing work that we also hired them for gutter work right away. The pricing was very fair, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Austin, Cesar, and the crew provided excellent roofing service and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. Cesar did a great job making sure the roof ventilation, including the heating and water vent areas, was installed the right way. Everyone kept me updated before stopping by, worked around my schedule, and arrived on time. The roofing crew was fast, efficient, and did a very thorough clean-up when the job was done. They also helped communicate with my insurance company during different parts of the roofing proc... read more

I received several estimates from other roofing contractors, and their pricing was very fair and competitive. The crew showed up when promised, worked hard each day, completed the roof ... read more
I had a great experience with this roofing company for my fascia repair. They were the first roofer to respond to my request, and the whole process was smooth from the start. During the estimate, Austin was very helpful and took time to inspect the fascia damage carefully. He also pointed out a few issues with the gutters and roofline and took care of several small repairs right away. Even with a short weather delay, the crew arrived prepared and finished the fascia and roofing work in just one day. They worked efficiently, ... read more
We just signed up with Navarro Family Roofing for new siding, shutters, and gutter protection, and we are very excited for the installation. Austin was wonderful to work with, very kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. After a bad experience with another contractor, he took the time to check the outside of our home in Point Pleasant and showed us that gutter guards had not been installed like we were told. He even took photos so we had clear proof, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We truly appreciate the honesty, care,... read more
