I am very happy with the work done by Navarro Family Roofing. The team repaired some damaged wood decking on my roof, put in upgraded ridge vents, and installed brand new shingles. Cesar with Navarro Family Roofing did a fantastic job guiding us through the whole roofing process. After our insurance company denied our first claim, he worked hard to support us and made sure everything was handled properly. He was very detailed during the roof repair. Even when the inspector sent by insurance didn’t do a great job, Cesar stayed on top of things. After heavy rainstorms, water leaked in from the chimney down to the first floor. I reached out to this roofer because they had the best ratings and the most reviews online. I was impressed to hear that they do a lot of roofing jobs in Point Pleasant, which is where I live. Since they work on so many roofs in the area, they already understood exactly what I needed, like the right type of shingles, the best colors, and all the local rules. Overall, we had a great experience with Navarro Family Roofing in Point Pleasant. The estimate process was fast and simple. We did have to wait a bit for the roof work to begin, but that was because of a general shortage of shingles, not their fault. Once the job started, the crew finished the roofing quickly. Whenever I had extra questions, I got quick replies by email. I also needed some extra paperwork for my insurance, and Cesar was excellent about getting back to me quickly with everything I needed.
