Doctors these days seem to not care about patients , how they feel or symptoms. I don’t know when doctors become so desensitized. They look at you more as a paycheck instead of caring about your health. I thought that was the whole reason a person became a doctor is because they cared about people. My doctor at this clinic is amazing (Jennifer Hanna), but that’s where anything good about this place ends. The online scheduling, call center, and front desk are a joke…THOSE parts are extremely unhelpful and almost incompetent. Will I keep going here? Yes, because I love my doctor. But if she ever moves on from this place, I’ll be going with her and never look back.
Poor medical care from Dr. Timothy ,I hope I don't have to return to this clinic, where the health of the patients is not important enough.
