I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this CVS Navarro Pharmacy. I had to make multiple trips to pick up a much-needed medication for an elderly patient, only to be met with incompetence and disrespect each time. Every visit, the clerk claimed they couldn’t find the prescription, only to “suddenly” locate it and then tell me to return the next day.
