I could rate zero but is impossible. Worst customer service ever, no matter time of the day you go it’s always a nightmare.
Worst customer service ever. This place doesn’t even deserve one start. Today was my 3rd time getting my OTC at Navarro located at 16801 NW 67 Ave and I just decide not to go back to this place. The olds ladies working at the OTC department are very rude, very bad attitude with the customers. The name of the old lady is Belkys, she is very rude and looks like with psych conditions, she screamed to a customer because customer left a pack of diapers in the wrong place.
