We had a power outage while I was at work today. I called it in a bit late (around 8 P.M.), but within 20 minutes, the co-op crew showed up and had everything back up and running in no time. There’s a lot of negativity these days about prices, but let’s remember — the folks out there keeping our power on aren’t the ones setting the rates. I just want to say thank you for all you do — from the dispatcher who took the call to the two linemen who showed up within half an hour. A+ service!

(2) Just a second shout-out to praise the customer service staff at NCEC! Always friendly and helpful. They truly care about their customers. Sooooo refreshing to speak with someone local who actually is at the business and not in some room in Sri Lanka who is just reading a script. A BIG THANK YOU to the staff in taking care of me when I really needed it out here on the farm!!! (1) Arrived within an hour after a big breaker blew out on the farm. Very thankful for their quick response!!!

Any loss of power is quickly identified and responded to and quickly repaired the lines and service was restored in a very short amount of time. Thank you line workers.
