OK. So I have been using them for a year and haven’t had any problems. I’m building a new house and have had nothing but help and professional support from them. They even went as far as sending out a guy to go over the plans for the house and make sure everything will be in line for them to hook up. I was really surprised that they cover the cost of installing underground service to the house. Mother recently passed away amd disabled brother is staying in home. Payment posted my account on 4th they disconnected on 5th. I had to re start a new application cause mom was gone. Explaining my situation living in Kansas trying to help take care of him in Texas he is on Oxygen and needs his electric. Paid $1000 and was told would be back on that day. Next morning call still not on said because it was new service gets pushed to the back. So new service but i had to pay past due, current and deposit. Not been able to reach... read more
