My door wasn’t opening or closing well and they were going to help correct the problem. We understood it would mean some new material, squaring the doorway, etc. They came, removed a piece of wood from the doorway (on the threshold where you walk), sanded it down and put it back in. It took an hour and cost us $450. The door opens and closes (hence the 2-stars) but the value for the cost isn’t there (no materials, just 1 hour of labor cost).
