UNPROFESSIONAL. It's 4:57PM on Wed... the afterhours agent answers my call in an irritated voice and asked what I was calling for. Told him I needed a roofing quote. He then transfers me to a completely different roofing company! You can imagine my confusion when they answered the phone "WWJD Roofing". We have been extremely pleased with Navarro Brothers Roofing. We first reached out for a quote to fix some rotted fascia, and Elias came by our house to give us an estimate the very same day. Not long after, a storm caused damage to our roof, so Elias was the first person we contacted. After searching online, I chose Navarro Brothers Roofing for a roof replacement on my rental property in Cincinnati. I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company! From my first meeting with Raymond, who handled my service, all the way to paying the last bill, I received outstanding service.
