I called on a Friday and someone was sent out in a convenient time. He was here maybe 20 minutes. My a/c was leaking. He said he blew out the pipes because they were clogged, charged me 120 and left. No receipt, no email. Well about 20 minutes later I had to call him back because it was still leaking. He comes back and calls his boss, which wasn't here to investigate, took his technician words and said the whole thing in inside needed to be pulled out and cleaned but he can't do it until Monday and that would cost $500.
