Spent a lot of money to stay here for a week with our family stayed on the third floor right beside of the walk over to go to the beach the lady below us was so belligerent we had to call the police department they informed us Navarre as a city doesn’t have a noise ordinance so they couldn’t do anything even though they knew the lady was a problem been to her door several times contacted our rental company they couldn’t help had no other availability due to fall break they contacted homeowners association who knew the lady w... read more
In late October 2019 we leased condo number 304 for one week the condo was fine we love the beach but the tenant in condo 204 which is directly below plays loud music late into the nigh,bangs on the Walls, screamed and cussed any time we went to sit out on the balcony with our grandchildren and we finally had to call the police on her ..she made it a living nightmare for the entire week the police said they had been to her unit on other occasions because of similar complaints but could not do anything to her because she owne... read more
