Arrived after a storm. I was one of three sets of unassisted customers in the parking lot near the road. I called to have a salesman help me. Was told they were all at lunch!
Despite having less-than-perfect credit and facing challenges with financing, the team went above and beyond to help me get into a great vehicle. They were willing to work through the numbers and take the time to ensure I was set up with a reliable and nice ride—something many other dealerships were not willing to do. If buying a truck usually feels like surviving a hostage negotiation, then apparently we did it wrong because Austin O’Brien made the whole process fast, painless, and actually enjoyable.
