The service and parts team went above and beyond here. While on a long road trip, I had a significant breakdown with my clutch in my 6-speed Wrangler…while towing my trailer. I limped into Navarre and they bent over backwards to help me find a solution. Really appreciate Justin and Shawn and the gentleman in parts. Big effort to make my life easier!
I have reached the point where I feel I need to publicly document my experience with this dealership because I feel taken advantage of and have serious concerns about the honesty and transparency of how my vehicle has been handled. My ex-husband and I purchased TWO vehicles from this dealership, and both were repeatedly in and out of their service department. He eventually traded his vehicle in.
