After my grandpa & lifelong dentist retired, I was on the search for a new Doctor so I decided to give Navarre Dental a try based on the fact that they use the Solea Laser instead of novocaine. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful care I received here! Experienced, realistic, thorough care and gave multiple options for each treatment I needed to find what suited me best. I will be a lifelong customer.
The dentist is great, but the front desk is a pain to deal with. As in, I hope they hire someone new soon. They filed my claim with the wrong company and it took me five attempts to reach them by phone. They do not return messages. All in all, I would call the experience average for this reason, which is what 3 stars represents.
