We have stayed here several times and each time it hasn’t disappointed us. The entire facility is really well kept.
History: been coming to Regency 15+ years renting directly from an owner till 2022, then via onsite agency at Regency for last 3 years. Positives: condo size great for two couples- 2 bedrooms/2 private baths; well-built and very quiet between floors and adjoining walls; full kitchen & laundry room (~1,600+ sq ft); beach not crowded relative to Destin; large balcony with beautiful gulf views and owners tend to well furnish and accommodate needs of vacationers.
