Very nice people to work with, however, we didn't encounter a few hiccups. Upon arrival we were told that there was an unexpected increase in price to cruise to Crab Island that felt a little sketch. We chose to additionally rent the lily pad which was a nice addition even though it was only in use for a very short time. The crew was very helpful to load and transfer all of our cruise gear, however, there was a delay in loading due to an early morning cruise on the same boat returning late. The kids working were nice and booking was easy. That’s about as many good things as I can list. I rented a boat last week because I had family come in town. I got there filled out the waivers. And waited. They took four families that arrived after me, put steps up for them to get in the boats. Pushed them off. While my party of 12 just stood there. Waiting. The team was absolutely phenomenal. They offered to help with loading and unloading, great attitudes, went over in detail of what is supposed to happen on the waterways, and with the boats, and at the end, the last gentleman, I can't remember his name. But 3 of us showed up at once. And he was able to get everyone settled in quick, fast, helped everyone out just amazing, great job. We were out on the lake all day with my family and dar heeler. Rented for a half a day was told by a young kid on their staff. I can make it to crab Island in 45 minutes got out and didn’t realize how slow the boat was. Actually took an hour and 45 minutes to get there. crab Island is out of their range for a half a day definitely book for a full day if you wanna go to crab Island. went over my time, but the staff was really nice about it thank God the boat wasn’t rented out to somebody else had to pay a small fee for going over my rented time. but overall good experience and had a grea... read more
This company is awesome!! I surprised my fiancé for his birthday with a day at crab island, and these guys couldn’t have made it easier or more enjoyable! The boat itself was awesome! The speaker was great. The guys met us at our car with a wheelbarrow to bring all of our things to the boat for us. All around a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!
