Order my car parts on the 23rd didn’t leave the warehouse till the 31st and it’s the 6th today not happy.
Ordered part Wednesday arve... paid for 1 businessday freight and I an told pm Thursday that item is shipped and expect it Tuesday next week????. WHAT THE HELL???
The guys here are bloody fantastic. Amazing knowledge and genuine care for their customers. Went in to get a combination switch as believed that to be the cause for our navara indicators not working. Installed and turns out wasn’t the problem. Went back in to see if we could return the part. Not only did they allow us to return the stalk, they heard out our story and provided us with another part (flasher relay) which fixed the issue. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Also they have adorable kelpies who will play fetch while you wait 10000/10
