This clinic is a gem! The front desk was very friendly and helpful. the hygienist Valerie is always very kind and very gentle. Dr. Mirfarsi is an excellent dentist and has also been very patient with me! I highly recommend this clinic :)
I was a patient for years with Dr Mirfarsi and his team. The reception and support staff were always so welcoming and friendly until… I needed not one but two root canals and crowns and was told I would need a third, however I questioned why so many of the same procedure. The third root canal and crown never took place when I questioned it. For two years following 2 root canals and crowns, I complained of having sensitivity in the first root canal and crown. Went for radiographs, cleaning and an exam. I'm a senior all my own healthy teeth and gums. A hygenist with 8 years experience used the handpiece and burr for the majority of the cleaning. I haven't had a cleaning for over twenty years. No cavities and bone structure good as well...hygenist did my oral exam. My cleaning was maybe 20 minutes tops, polish was contained to a few molars, lingual and buccal. No other teeth were polished, 7min polish at best. I didn't even taste the mint pumice. Friendly, professional staff and clean office. The receptionist assisted me with my insurance, too, because the plan recently changed.
