they have poor business practices. They threaten to withhold wages if you don’t do something (yes, I have emails). They don’t know state wage laws. Y’all be warned. The owner is completely unreasonable and when you stand up for you, she will try to intimidate and bully in my opinion.

I have worked for Navales Enterprises for the past 3 years. They are firm but fair and always try and work with their employees. Last year I had to take extended time off for a shoulder injury I got while playing with my son and they went out of their way to work around my doctors appointments etc. I always get paid on time and most of the time even the day before payday so no complaints from me! Once my job assignment is over I hope I will be able to get assigned to another project.
