Went in for the first time on Friday afternoon and triage was super quick. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and had such a great attitude, which is very rare these days especially in higher stress settings where everyone gets upset quickly. I waited about an hour, which is understandable and I believe it’s the norm everywhere you go. went in for food poisoning and asked specifically if they could check on my baby and then when they checked on my baby and told me everything was good and I wanted to leave she told me I "wasted her time and I could've just gone upstairs". The nurse who told me I wasted her time did not let me know that there was an upstairs for me to go to unprofessional and rude stuff per usual. also i went in early morning it was pretty empty.

Legend says there are still Revolutionary war people waiting for their prescription at the pharmacy. Horrible! Not to mention the civilian people at the Emergency unit are horrible.
