Dr. Frye with pediatrics pulmonary refused to see my daughter today. They are not listed on any directory in the building to locate. We went to regular pulmonary- waited- then was directed to where to go. We waited months for this important appointment. The waiting room was EMPTY! She could have been seen. Lazy doctor! .
Victim of the "shift channge". Decent care until it was time to go. Then they wipe their hands and leave you hanging in the balance.
Went in for the first time on Friday afternoon and triage was super quick. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and had such a great attitude, which is very rare these days especially in higher stress settings where everyone gets upset quickly. I waited about an hour, which is understandable and I believe it’s the norm everywhere you go.
