Victim of the "shift channge". Decent care until it was time to go. Then they wipe their hands and leave you hanging in the balance.
Went in for the first time on Friday afternoon and triage was super quick. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and had such a great attitude, which is very rare these days especially in higher stress settings where everyone gets upset quickly. I waited about an hour, which is understandable and I believe it’s the norm everywhere you go. Been here 3 hours and still have not been seen. I will never come back here.
went in for food poisoning and asked specifically if they could check on my baby and then when they checked on my baby and told me everything was good and I wanted to leave she told me I "wasted her time and I could've just gone upstairs". The nurse who told me I wasted her time did not let me know that there was an upstairs for me to go to unprofessional and rude stuff per usual. also i went in early morning it was pretty empty.
Should be negative 1, You will wait for hours. Highly encourage everybody to go somewhere else
