The worst place to come, there are no emergencies. 4 hours of waiting for nothing.
Waste of time. Terrible staff. If they could let you die in the waiting room they would. Go to an urgent care, at least it will have qualified, competent people. I mean I didn’t expect a lot from the Navy but wow… probably the worst ER I’ve ever seen outside of a third world country. Negative stars.
I brought my active duty spouse in for a suspected broken foot. They are NOT busy, but we’re still in the waiting room, 2.5 hours after check in. Don’t worry, though, staff has time to chat it up, with each other. This is why people hate military medicine. The private hospital would have had him seen, and out the door already. Thank God I have the option of “select” for myself, because this is ridiculous.
Dr. Frye with pediatrics pulmonary refused to see my daughter today. They are not listed on any directory in the building to locate. We went to regular pulmonary- waited- then was directed to where to go. We waited months for this important appointment. The waiting room was EMPTY! She could have been seen. Lazy doctor! .
