They pulled me in very fast! Like within 5 minutes of being there even though there were other people ahead. I had to wait a little bit longer at the end to leave but other than that I was fine! Great service they gave me awesome medication. That’s really helpful. The doctor was absolutely amazing. Very very sweet and I would recommend coming here. But it is quite a while here even if you’re not waiting that long I got here around 5:30 PM and I’m leaving at like 10:30 PM

I’ve never felt so dismissed in my life. I spilled hot bacon grease on my leg, and my husband rushed me to Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital’s ER — literally five minutes from our home. I checked in with tears in my eyes, in obvious pain, and was told I’d be taken back “as soon as possible” because it was considered a more serious case. Instead, I sat in the waiting room for 3½ hours while people who came in after me were seen first. I understand it’s an emergency room but GOD FORBID someone comes in with any issue besides bleeding out to death. It’s always “we are dealing with traumas” and not “let me get Simone who can help you” they are all lazy as hell. Not everyone in the office is working with the traumas

If I could leave 0 stars I would. No care was given to my son after we waited for 3 hours so we just left , I asked time and time again if there was any change in the status of rooms so we could go back. I was repeatedly told the same thing , that we were “next” roughly 6 people who all arrived after we did were taken back before my son was. I told them we were just gonna take him to his pediatrician in the morning and all we recieved was an “ok”. No shift in urgency or a sense of care in the world. I called to ask a couple ... read more
