Phone service is absolutely terrible. If you're fortunate enough to get a real person on line it goes pretty well. If it were being run by a private company they wouldn't survive in a competitive market.
Whoever is in charge of Both pharmacies should be embarrassed. The wait time for any process is unacceptable. Half the time phones aren’t answered. You see all these older people in canes and wheelchairs waiting so long. They don’t abs shouldn’t be waiting as long as they do!!! Shameful
