If you work, like most people do, how are you supposed to get your medicine if the pharmacy is only open from 8:30 to 16:30 Monday through Friday. So now I'm forced to take time off work just to get my medicine. Good job Naval what great care you provide
Passive aggressive workers. Terrible customer service. If you act like you hate your job, why work there. Terrible.
I have to give a huge shout out to “Randy” who was very kind to me today on the phone. He went out of his way to get a very needed prescription filled for me today. I really hope he has a good weekend and maybe some type of recognition at work for his kindness. I waited for my prescription for around 15 min. Just had to add that as I did read a lot of very lengthy wait times in times.
A lot of new faces behind the counter and even some new equipment it looks like they just got some new computers and are in the process of learning the ins and outs of a new system. Overall the wait time is already noticeably much shorter, and if you use the "get in line" text service a couple hours before showing up the wait time is almost not a thing at all. The script center has also been upgraded and is now larger and faster too. Now being filled twice a day instead of once. They now load the script center at 1pm and at ... read more
