Waited an hour with at least 2 10 minutes times that no one was at any of the windows. New windows and updates has made the wait times really difficult
Prepare to wait for a LONG time. Mid-morning, the waiting area is FULL. Two windows open but no one is being helped. Typically for this pharmacy and Pax River clinic.
There are 5 widows, only # 2, #3 are open and occasionally #4 opens up. I guess # 1 & #5 are inop since I never saw them open. Wait times are horrendous. Nobody answers the phone most of the time then if somebody answers wait time is again very long. This is the worst DOD pharmacy we have ever dealt with. Look at your reviews.... Holy G, they're really bad. Leadership, please act on it. Improve some. Adding a window but with the same so-so service is disservice to your patrons.
They are the worst. No way to call and talk to a person. Takes forever to get medicine filled.
