This is the US Navy's SEABEE College. Originally, this was the West Coast home for Seabee training. From the new recruit just learning their trade, intermediate training in preparation off the next deployment to advanced technical training for senior enlisted. This command continues to evolve as interoperability between the services strengthens and improves. Nowadays, it's not just Seabees but also Air Force personnel coming here to learn and master their construction skills.
