What’s the point of this place… They don’t help at all. Like everything else in the Navy, I have to figure it out on my own.
Went to the office in person. There's apparently a doorbell out front that I never noticed. Spoke with Alice and she was incredibly helpful and informative about my options and services provided based on my discharge orders. Very thankful for my time there and it was relatively quick to get set up. 100% Worth going there in person, can't speak about the phone system.
Concur with other commenters that no one answers the phone. After navigating 3-deep into a series of menu options, it simply goes silent.
They never answer the phone. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone! Y’all are customer service for a very stressful time. Transferring and they don’t answer
