Every time I come here I meet people with poor attitudes. This place stressing me out and I hate the fact that I have to deal with these people.
This was my first move with the military and Mr Leo was so helpful, I was struggling at first because I didn’t have all my documents but they helped me get the documents I needed and set up my movers right away. Everything went smoothly with my move from Arizona to California
I had the most unbearable/frustrating conversation with this place. I was just calling for information and a lead in the right direction and all I get is attitude and a run around. I’m worse off after this conversation than before. Thanks for wasting my time
What’s the point of this place… They don’t help at all. Like everything else in the Navy, I have to figure it out on my own.
Went to the office in person. There's apparently a doorbell out front that I never noticed. Spoke with Alice and she was incredibly helpful and informative about my options and services provided based on my discharge orders. Very thankful for my time there and it was relatively quick to get set up. 100% Worth going there in person, can't speak about the phone system.
