Fantastic service. I went in as a walk in on a Tuesday and was seen within an hour and a half. Jeffrey was extremely kind, accommodating, and patient. He made my id renewal experience positive and very easy.
horrible attitude and will find any excuse to have you leave. If you need an id go to a different office.
They were being a-holes to my sister getting her dependent ID. They were yelling at my sister about why her husband isn’t there (he was on deployment) plus she had all her documentation needed for a new ID plus what her husband faxed over. Flirting with military men, on the phone during working hours, and being blatantly rude to her. It was a Mexican lady and an African American lady.
Hard working people who work diligently to perform a very difficult task. Excellent customer service skills.
