If you are a psych patient, seek care at ANY other facility. I recommend any Sharp Hospital.

Extremely disappointed today. Had appts for my kids at 8:20 and 8:40. Both apparently were cancelled without notifying me. They were unable to add me on that day despite it being their mistake and lack of communication. Had to reschedule for another day in which I will have to pull them from school again and take time off from work. I gave it a 2 because the staff were sincere and apologetic, but being someone in healthcare myself, I believe they should have owned the mistake and made more effort to accommodate.

Great experience in Peds last week!
This is an awful facility to receive specialty care. Been through several doctors, couple times admitted, and most doctors seem to have lack of care for their patients and not very willing to help educate. I will be finding somewhere new for care.
