Cliffside RV Park is very nice with water views. Very clean and modern.
Stationed here a few years before I retired. What an awesome base and such a beautiful place on this earth all around it. I was in VAQ138 and it was an unforgettable tour of duty. We deployed on the Nimitz and had an extremely successful Westpac and Operation Southern Watch.
My vehicle was vandalized by my enlisted neighbor, was cited for it by police, and her insurance found her liable for the damage. JAG Officer Garvey McKee simply said he couldn't find the police report although I provided him the date and police report number on multiple occasions. Ethically, big fail.
